1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing through Nab World Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the website and services immediately.

2. Nature of Goods - Second-Hand Plant & Machinery

All machinery, vehicles, tools, and equipment sold by Nab World Services are second-hand / used. Reasonable signs of wear, previous usage, age-related marks, and cosmetic imperfections should be expected.

All machinery is structurally and mechanically inspected before sale, and we provide a one-year structural and mechanical warranty.

3. Sales to Both Businesses and Individuals

We sell used machinery to both B2B commercial buyers and private individuals.

For B2B sales: The Consumer Rights Act 2015 does not apply; the Sale of Goods Act 1979 applies only to the extent permitted for commercial transactions.

For individual/private buyers: Your statutory consumer rights apply unless the machinery is purchased for business use, in which case the transaction is treated as B2B.

4. Inspection and Testing

Buyers are encouraged to inspect and test machinery at our premises by appointment. If a buyer chooses not to inspect, the buyer accepts the condition of the goods based on the information and photographs provided.

5. Descriptions and Listings

We make every effort to ensure accuracy in descriptions, photos, and specifications. However, all information is provided in good faith and may contain errors or omissions.

Hours, mileage, and year of manufacture are verified and provided to the buyer.

6. Pricing, Payment, and VAT

Prices may change without notice. Payment must be made in full and cleared before release or delivery. VAT is charged according to UK HMRC rules or EU reverse-charge rules.

7. Warranty

Every machine sold includes a 12-month structural and mechanical warranty. The warranty covers major structural components and primary mechanical systems unless otherwise stated in writing.

The warranty does not cover consumables, wear-and-tear, misuse, accidental damage, or lack of maintenance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nab World Services is not liable for:

• loss of income or business interruption
• transport delays
• repairs, breakdowns, or mechanical failures resulting from faulty operation
• indirect or consequential damages

Liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item.

9. Delivery, Collection & Transport

Delivery dates are estimates only. Risk transfers to the buyer when the machinery is loaded for transport or collected.

All transport arranged by us is fully insured until the machine reaches the delivery address or shipping agent.

Export documentation, customs processing, and duties are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

10. External Links & Third-Party Services

We do not endorse or control external websites or third-party services and accept no responsibility for their content.

11. Cancellations & Refunds

Payments, including deposits, are refundable only at our discretion. Refunds may be subject to administrative or storage fees.

Refunds do not apply to goods sold as "as seen".

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts chosen by Nab World Services.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of any updated Terms.
