Would I receive a phone call?

Absolutely! You'll get a call from one of our lovely representatives before or after you sign the purchase agreement.

Do you offer shipment?

YES! We ship directly from our storage facility to anywhere in the UK. We can also ship internationally. Please contact us for current rates.

Why don't you offer free shipping?

Shipping costs are not included. The cost of delivery is calculated depending on the shipping option you select when placing your order.

Can I pick up?

YES!! You can save even more money by picking up directly at our storage facility. We welcome visitors and can arrange tours of our storage facility (subject of appointment). Please remember that pick up means managing transportation on your own.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 5–25 days depending on shipping method. Express shipping may take only a few days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank wire transfer. This is safe and protected by bank-level security.

Do you offer financing?

Not yet. We work with lenders and will add financing soon.

Can I trade in my used unit?

No. To keep prices low, we do not take trade-ins. Selling privately gets you a higher value.

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes. All machinery we sell includes a 12-month structural and mechanical warranty, covering major structural components and primary mechanical systems unless otherwise stated in the listing.

The warranty does not cover consumables (for example: filters, belts, brake pads), normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or accidents, or failures resulting from lack of maintenance.
