What is "Refusal of Delivery" on applicable trailers:

When your new trailer arrives you may refuse delivery. If there is something wrong such as a flat tire or broken window, that is a service-related item and is not a reason to refuse delivery. Your warranty will take care of these issues, and we will resolve them quickly and easily.

Refusing delivery means your trailer is not what we represented, and you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase due to inadequate presentation. It indicates that making repairs or replacing the trailer will not bring satisfaction, and you do not wish to complete the purchase.

If this is the case, kindly inform your delivery driver that you refuse delivery. The trailer will be returned to our facility for a 100% refund, including freight. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days.

These terms apply to all horse trailers listed on our website.

Accepting Delivery:

Once your trailer is delivered and the 14-day inspection period has passed, this confirms you are satisfied with your purchase and the transaction is complete.

If anything is wrong and needs correction, your bumper-to-bumper warranty will cover it. Note any issues on the delivery receipt, or contact our support department so we can arrange repairs or corrections.

Payment Terms:

A standard deposit of 30% is required when ordering a horse trailer valued above $10,000, with the remaining balance due before delivery.

For all orders up to $9,999, full payment is required before delivery begins.
